was founded in 1991 for the purpose of assisting defense contractors in finding commercial markets for their products and technology. In this role we researched a wide range of international markets, defined new products, forged strategic alliances, supported product development and developed as well as executed business and marketing plans. As our business evolved, the commercial partners that we had developed for our clients also found value in our services. Today we provide a wide range of services to commercial and military clients. Our primary role to act on behalf of our clients to develop new business through first matching technology with a market and then fostering new product development from market research through technical support after introduction to the market.

The value of our services is based on nearly 20 years of high technology development as a contractor for the U.S. military. We have access to millions of dollars of R&D that is new to commercial markets. Most of this R&D is electro-mechanical in nature. It has generally been applied to sensor and actuator systems that interact with a wide range of manufacturing and operational processes. This technology and the rights to it are available at little or no cost. Commercial access to it is a product discriminator than the competition will find unaffordable to match.

In our 12 years we have served clients large and small in a variety of industries. Our experience spans such markets as machine tools, heavy construction, low-traffic-volume roadways, electronics manufacturing, sonar, HVAC, aircraft manufacturing, marine systems, industrial optics, medical instruments, noise & vibration control, industrial process control and ultrasonics.
